Shipping Policy

- We ship across India.
- For international shipping, customers must contact us directly before placing an order.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on:

- Weight and dimensions
- Delivery location
- Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
4. Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days, depending on location.
- Remote or rural areas may take longer.

5. Logistics Partners
We use reliable third-party courier and transport services for delivery.
- The choice of courier is at our sole discretion.
- For bulk or heavy orders, transport services may be used instead of standard couriers.
6. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared via:
- SMS / WhatsApp
- Email (if provided)
- Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments once dispatched.
7. Delivery Conditions
- Customers must ensure accurate shipping details (address, contact number, GST details if applicable).
- If delivery fails due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Risk & Ownership
- All goods are shipped at the customer’s risk.
- Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
- Customers must check the package at the time of delivery.
- In case of:
- Damaged goods
- Missing items
Customers must:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide an unboxing video and clear photos as proof
Failure to provide proof within the given time may result in rejection of the claim.
10. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or transport partners
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or unforeseen events
11. Partial Shipments
- Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on availability.
- No extra shipping charges will be applied unless informed in advance.
12. Refusal of Delivery
- If a customer refuses delivery:
- The order will be canceled
- Shipping charges will not be refunded
- Redispatch will require additional payment
13. Bulk & B2B Orders
- Large or bulk orders may have:
- Different shipping timelines
- Custom freight charges
- Transport-based delivery
