Exchange Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-779d6bf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"779d6bf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DJ Associates may permit an exchange only after verification and only when all of the following conditions are satisfied.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An exchange request must:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be submitted within <\/span><b>48 hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the date and time of delivery.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be accompanied by the original tax invoice or proof of purchase.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Include the order number.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Include photographs and videos requested by DJ Associates.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comply with every condition contained in this policy.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An exchange may only be considered under the following circumstances<\/span><\/p><p><b>A. Wrong Product Delivered<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The product supplied by DJ Associates is materially different from the product ordered by the customer.<\/span><\/p><h6>B. Manufacturing Defect<\/h6><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The product contains a verified manufacturing defect confirmed after inspection by DJ Associates and, where necessary, by the manufacturer or its authorized service centre.<\/span><\/p><p><b>C. Transit Damage<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The product has sustained physical damage during transportation before delivery to the customer, provided such damage is reported within the prescribed time along with all required evidence.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No exchange request shall be processed until the verification process has been completed.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approval of an exchange request shall be at the sole discretion of DJ Associates after successful verification, subject to applicable law.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4e1d873 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"4e1d873\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9194f33 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9194f33\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Products Not Eligible for Exchange<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e3d5d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7e3d5d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Without limiting any other provision of this policy, the following products shall not be eligible for exchange:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products that have been installed.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products that have been energized or electrically connected.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products that have been used for testing or trial purposes.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products showing signs of wear, scratches, dents, burns, corrosion, water damage, or misuse.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products damaged due to improper installation.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products damaged due to overload, short circuit, voltage fluctuation, or incorrect wiring.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products damaged due to fire, flood, moisture, chemicals, dust, insects, rodents, or environmental conditions.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products repaired or opened by unauthorized persons.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products with missing accessories.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products with damaged or missing manufacturer packaging.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products with removed or tampered labels.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products with removed serial numbers.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products without proof of purchase.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products returned after the permitted reporting period.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Software-enabled or programmable products after programming or configuration.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Special-order, indent, made-to-order, customized, or non-stock products.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cut-length wires, cables, conduits, or products customized according to customer requirements.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clearance sale products unless the wrong product was supplied by DJ Associates.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DJ Associates reserves the right to determine eligibility after inspection.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-57dc71d e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"57dc71d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b97504 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2b97504\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Fraud Prevention Policy <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-05d2de5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"05d2de5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DJ Associates maintains strict anti-fraud procedures to protect genuine customers, manufacturers, suppliers, and the Company.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An exchange request may be declined where there is reasonable evidence indicating that:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The returned product was not originally supplied by DJ Associates.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The product has been substituted or exchanged with another product.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A counterfeit, duplicate, refurbished, repaired, or previously used product has been submitted.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The product was purchased from another retailer, distributor, marketplace, or supplier.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The serial number, QR code, barcode, warranty seal, or identification label has been removed, altered, or tampered with.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Internal components have been replaced or modified.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">False invoices, photographs, videos, or supporting documents have been submitted.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Material facts have been intentionally misrepresented.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The exchange process has been misused.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DJ Associates reserves the right to preserve relevant inspection records, photographs, videos, technical reports, courier documentation, and correspondence relating to suspected fraudulent claims.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Where fraud is reasonably suspected, DJ Associates may cooperate with manufacturers, logistics partners, insurers, payment service providers, or competent authorities as permitted under applicable law.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e0e2c1 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"3e0e2c1\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3dd3913 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3dd3913\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">17.
